The architectural concept of the circus building has been developed
in order to optimize technological solutions that provide the necessary conditions for the rental of circus programs and expand the demonstration capabilities of the circus building as a concert venue. The proposed solutions allow you to expand the possibilities of circuses in other related areas, which will provide additional
revenue and improve the commercial profitability of the circus as an enterprise.
The circus site in Avtovo, Saint Petersburg, served as a test site for planting the new circus building.

The total area of the circus zone is 11,800 sq. m.

The total area is 1,200 sq. m.
Capacity - 60 persons
Number of rooms - 30 rooms
The total area of the entire complex is 13,000 sq. m.
